Epsom

Detached and semi-detached homes can be found on Epsom’s leafy residential roads including Edwardian houses and some Georgian era homes built when Epsom was a popular spa town. There are also several desirable developments in and around Epsom with more modern properties, homes near to the RAC Club at Woodcote Park are particularly sought after.

The country market town of Dorking has three train stations operating services to various destinations, with Dorking station offering direct train services into London Victoria and London Waterloo in under an hour. The Dorking Deepdene Station gives access to the Reading – Tonbridge line.
Dorking is a little further out than other traditional commuter towns and benefits hugely from being surrounded by the Surrey Hills. The schools in the area are well regarded and include Ashcombe, St Martin’s Primary and The Priory School.
