As an organisation we offer over 120 years combined experience, yet a dynamic and relationship focused approach to successfully sourcing and acquiring the finest property and surpassing client expectations. All of Garrington's search consultants live and work in the regions they serve. Without exception they all have a minimum of five years industry experience and extensive contacts to assist clients.
Jo Henry, Director, Garrington South
Jo has been working in the property industry for almost 10 years and has built up a far reaching knowledge of the best property in the area. Having worked for Garrington South since its inception she also has an enviable black book of industry contacts to help you find the property you are looking for.
With a career spent working for successful and demanding clients Jo is able to handle herself in any given situation in order to ensure the best possible outcome. She takes immense pride in her work and has a commitment to excellent client service and an eye for detail.
Having spent much of her formative life in Surrey and Sussex, Jo has the perfect blend of professional experience and personal insight to ensure the advice she gives enables her clients to feel comfortable in their buying decisions.
Jo's client loyalty and passion for property, coupled with a competitive nature, strong commercial instinct and a knack for polite persistence make her a powerful ally in any property negotiation.
Katherine Watters, Associate
Katherine is Surrey born and bred and is a font of local information. She provides an invaluable level of service for her clients and can offer insight into all areas of life - be it finding the shortest walk to the shop or an introduction to some like minded parents from the local school.
With a background in high profile sports sponsorship and events management she has a great eye for detail and a subtle tenacity that means her clients tend to get what they want. Having spent the majority of her free time in the eventing world Katherine is no stranger to hard work and has an ability to find common ground with everyone she meets which has resulted in an enviable black book of industry contacts.
With over 7 years spent working for a well regarded Surrey estate agent Katherine decided to combine her knowledge of the property world with her proactive client management skills and turn to the acquisitions side. Her ability to find a unique solution to an unusual problem is rivalled only by her genuine love of property and her ability to address the challenges it can present for Garrington clients.
Jo Chaytor, Associate
Jo brings a wealth of property experience derived from over 10 years spent working in property agency, management and corporate relocation. She has an excellent knack of helping clients achieve a realistic focus to their search which she couples with the contacts, skills and determination to unearth unique opportunities hidden in our highly competitive marketplace.
Her life outside of work revolves around many of the things that make Jo an excellent search consultant. A love of the countryside and rural pursuits, an active interest in architecture and design and a self-confessed penchant for antique auctions all combine to ensure Jo's clients receive unparalleled levels of service from a truly passionate professional.
Support Team
Jennifer Mullucks, Search Assistant
Jennifer was born and raised in The Netherlands where she spent the larger part of her life. After finishing her degree in Tourism, Jennifer worked as an event organizer for several years and thereafter as the PA to the Global Advertising Director of Adidas based in Amsterdam. In this time she gained a wealth of experience honing her administrative, operational and organizational skills.
In 1999 she was ready for a new challenge and decided to relocate to London. Her first job was in the property industry and after realizing it was something she was passionate about, Jennifer worked for several prime London estate agencies in Hammersmith, Kensington and Pimlico. After some time managing the lettings department of a large estate agency, she moved to Cambridge with her family and continued her career in the property industry by joining Garrington in 2008.
Initially, Jennifer worked as a search consultant, however after returning from maternity leave she is now responsible for all client service related matters from initial enquiry to client after care. Furthermore Jennifer gives support to the associates and the administration department where needed.
Jennifer is fluent in Dutch and speaks several other languages including French and German. In her pass time she enjoys travelling and spending time with her young family.
Lynne West, Operations Manager
Throughout her career Lynne has worked mainly in the areas of Office Management, Event Management and Customer Service. In this time she gained experience being a PA at board level, organising trade shows and heading up a customer service team.
After nearly 20 years working mainly in the Telecommunications industry, Lynne decided that it was time for a new challenge. In 2009 the opportunity arose to join the Garrington team in a key role as an Operations Assistant. With a wealth of administrative experience coupled with extensive customer service skills, Lynne ensures that the operational side of Garrington runs smoothly and efficiently. As an important linchpin of the organisation, Lynne’s support to the management team and network of associates is invaluable.
When not at work, Lynne enjoys spending time with her family and is an active committee member of her son’s football and cricket clubs.
Alexandra Nicol, Operations Assistant
After successfully graduating with a triple Distinction in Hospitality, Alexandra worked at a privately owned country house as an events coordinator, gaining a wealth of experience for the planning and organising of important corporate and private events. It did not take long before a natural affiliation and appreciation of the architecture of the building became the beginning of her journey into the property sector, and it soon became the natural choice to join Garrington.
Alexandra’s comprehensive understanding of customer service, excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail enables her to carry out a pivotal role, to ensure that client searches are supported to the highest possible standard.
Away from work Alexandra’s hobbies include baking, walking her dogs, fly fishing in Scotland, reading and eating out.
